Budget Buffing

Summer is on it's way and that means one thing, the legs and the arms are coming out. Now on top of SPF moisturiser, nail varnish, waxing, clothes, holidays and general life, the last you need as an expense is an exfoliator. A great body exfoliator can be found in your cupboard and costs next to nothing. Caster sugar, granulated sugar and olive oil.
This is a great body scrub, incredibly cheap and works really well. The first time I tried this was after reading about a woman that had modelled in her past but is now retired and she said that she put olive oil on her skin, including her face. Now I'm not suggesting you put this on your face; if you have oily skin this will most certainly break you out! But I thought I might try and use it with sugar or salt as a scrub and I was really impressed with the results. I do use this on my face sometimes but not on my t-zone and I only do this because I have very placid, normal-to-dry skin, so this doesn't break me out at all. I used a mixture of caster sugar and granulated sugar, if you have very sensitive I would only use caster sugar because granulated sugar can be quite rough but the oil leaves the skin nice and silky soft.
