Last week, I felt like treating myself, so, I decided to have a look through the items that I had in my
'saved items' on Asos.com and low and behold, there they were, waiting for me. Firstly, I bought this
Recently I have been loving pencil skirts, I really feel comfortable in them and when it comes to Fashion, personally I don't think it's purely about following trends, it's about finding trends that suit your body shape and make you feel comfortable within yourself. Anywho, back to the skirt, I bought it in a size 6; asos do vanity sizes, so when it comes to dresses, shorts, skirts, is best to always go a size below. I'm not really a huge fan of pink but I really like this shade and the linen materialfeels nice but I'm a bit concerned that it might crease badly when I'm wearing it. I suppose I will have to get the iron out. The belt that comes with it is really nice and doesn't feel too cheap.
Next, we have the high waisted Cotton Twill trousers by Asos. I bought these in a size 8 and they fit really nicely, they are a bit like the American Apparel Easy Jean but with a bit more structure. They feel so lovely on and they are a true black, I just really hope that the colour doesn't bleed in the wash like my Topshop Joni jeans did. Lastly, I bought these sandals Asos FLIGHTPLAN leather sandals in a size 6, originally I wanted a different pair but they have completely sold out, in hindsight I much prefer the flightplan sandals anyway and even though i am typing this while it is raining outside, I know, eventually, I will get good use out of them. I also bought this cream Baseball top, I bought in a size 6 purely because I didn't want to be baggy, ideally, I would have had my picture of it but I wore it out on Saturday night and on the way home my friend feel asleep on my shoulder and it was covered in bronzer. :) x
