On Friday morning the weather was so awful and miserable and I just felt like stuffing my face with chocolate and cake. So, I decided to venture out in the pouring rain to make these sugar and gluten free brownies. I made the by following this recipe. However, I obviously changed some of the ingredients; I only used dark cooking chocolate, I used a half and half mixture of ground almonds and doves far, gluten free flour and finally, instead of using the sugar I used the same amount of agave nectar. All of the ingredients that I used to make these are available at Tesco.
I also added pecans just because I like them. These came out really well; They tasted very rich, so if you only like milk or white chocolate, this won't be the recipe for you, but they were delicious.
