Nuxe is a French skincare brand... If you're wondering what the name means in French, it doesn't mean anything. It's a combination of the words Nature and Luxe, which is the French word for Luxury. This product is called 'Huile Prodigieuse', translation: Prodigious oil. It has within it a unique blend of six oils, Borage, St John's Wort, Sweet Almond, Hazelnut, Camellia and Macadamia oil. It also has vitamin E and this nourishes your skin. What's great about this oil is, that it is a multi-purpose oil that can be used on the hair, the body and the face. Recently, I cut my cuticle very badly on a night out, don't ask me how because I don't remember but I have been massaging this into my cuticles and where my cuticle was while it is growing back. I love using this on my hair starting from the very bottom of my hair and working upwards post-styling and on parts of my face and body that get particularly dry. It feels very luxurious and has a very distinct smell that I can't quite put my finger on but I know that I really like it. Now at £28 per 100ml, this is not an essential in my opinion but a true luxury, having said that it lasts for ages! I bought mine this summer and I'm still less than half way through it. X
